AAA Medical Testing is an established on-site, mobile and fixed collection facility. We perform Regulated DOT & Non-DOT Drug & Alcohol Screening. Our Central location in Lake Worth, Florida We are currently providing service to many industries including Bus Lines, Air Lines, Transportation Companies and many small businesses. We are also providers for many Third Party Administrators.

Pre-employment Drug Screening = $ 40.00

Non DOT &  DOT Drug Screen = $ 40.00 to $ 55.00

ALCOHOL TESTING THROUGH HAIR =  $ 200                      

ETG (Alcohol Test) - Urine Drug Screen for Alcohol = $ 100.00

DNA Testing - mother, child & alleged Father = $ 300.00 total

Ancestry by DNA = $ 350.00 (21 day turnaround)

Mitochondrial DNA Test (HVI & HVII) = $ 280.00 (21 day turnaround)

Dual Lineage DNA Test - Includes Mitochondrial &

Y Chromosome DNA = $ 400.00 (21 day turnaround)

DOT Physicals - Complete physical & certificate for all CDL Drivers =$ 60.00

 Breathe Alcohol Testing (BAT) = $ 25.00

Background Checks FDLE   = $ 40.00
