| AAA Medical Testing is a Preferred Collection Center for Quest Diagnostics, E_Screen, Medtox, CRL, and AIN as well as a Mobile and fixed location facility and provides Pre-Employment, Post Accident, Random, and Reasonable Suspicion testing service in South Florida. Pre-employment Drug Screening, Background Checks, DOT Physicals (with Medical Card) , Breath Alcohol testing, Reasonable Suspicion, Alcohol in Urine, follow-up, and fitness for duty testing is provided at laboratory patient service center conveniently located in Lake Worth. AAA Medicals entire staff is certified in, DNA Collections, Hair Follicle Collections and Breath Alcohol Testing. As well as all Urine Drug screen collections (DOT & Non DOT) We utilize SAMSHA certified Medical Review Officers and Laboratories. Probation people welcome. We will report to your PO for free. No prescription needed. |
